A true country boy to the core, Anton “Nuke” Bushner was born on April 19th, 1995 in Parsons, Kansas. Nuke, as he is affectionately known by family and friends, began experimenting singing at the age of 16 only after being encouraged by friends. Nuke’s talents were on display and immediately recognized on nationally televised American Idol when he blew away the judges at the Kansas City audition performing his rendition of the Keith Urban hit, “Tonight I Wanna Cry.” Although he has had no formal vocal training, Nuke is quickly expanding his grassroots following and becoming a well known country performer in and around the Midwest singing at charitable events and annual festivals. He is currently writing and recording diligently in the studio and hopes to launch a great country music career in the footsteps of his idols Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, George Straight, Brad Paisley, Hank Williams, Jr., and many others.
Nuke enjoys everything outdoors – including hunting, fishing and grilling, but most of all he appreciates spending time with his family, friends and the joy of his life his daughter, Maraya.
