FM2865 is a family band made up of 3 brothers, a sister and a best friend. They started playing together in 2002 with their father where they performed at local community/school functions and benefits. Shortly after, the group landed small gigs in local clubs and larger venues which have helped place them where they are today. They have played in such places as Buster McNuttys, Shotzi's, Bourbon Street Bar and Grill, Whiskey River, Papa's Ice House, Blue Bayou Water Park, Shenanigans, The Cotton Club, The Texas Hall of Fame, as well as many county fairs. The group has shared the stage with artist such as Eli Young, Mickey and The Motorcars, Rich O'Tool, Yogi Baird, Jody Booth, Brian Milson and Gary Allan. Experienced in all types of music, the band can bring you a wide variety of sound. Five pieces who can cover most of the new texas country, southern rock, new rock and mainstream country. Though they do well at covers, the band is most known for there original material. In September of 2008 they released their first album, Dream Big, which has received air play on many radio stations throughout texas. The group is currently working on new songs for their next album with hopes to have it finished by the end of 2010.
