What happens when three friends in a metal band decide to turn down the distortion and tune up to standard? 

Presumably, nothing good.

Surprisingly, not half bad. 

The members of Hunter Road Trio have been involved with numerous musical projects throughout their years and have culminated their experiences and expertise into a sound that surprised themselves and all those willing to listen. Storytellers and songwriters collaborating together to express their collective journeys contained within the lyrics, layered across a musical atmosphere designed to compliment the plot and scenery of each harmonious tale. They're also quite humble. HRT enjoys playing good music and having a great time with their audience; entertaining fellow music enthusiasts has always been their passion. 

And they still can't find their accordion player.

Based out of New Braunfels and the surrounding Hill Country; the genre remains difficult to define but the versatility allows a sound for all to enjoy. Hunter Road Trio strives for a good time with a loud entrance, and always aims to entertain.
