Lost County actually started in South Korea. Mike, Brian and Zach were all stationed at Kunsan AB with the US Air Force. During their time off they either practiced their music or played shows for the other troops on base. As Zach's time in the service was coming to an end Mike (originally from Oregon City, Oregon) and Brian (originally from Detroit, Michigan) didn't hesitate to decide to leave the service and move back to southeast Texas to continue playing music together and try to make a name for themselves in the Texas Music Scene. After joining up with Tom (originally from Odesa TX) the band was complete and ready to hit the road.
