College Station, TX– 8/11/09 – Pro Show Live is proud to present the 1st Annual Maroon and White Party at the Pen on Friday AND Saturday August 28 and 29 at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater in College Station, TX. Make plans to celebrate back to school with TWO DAYS of activities and TWO STAGES with great live music!
Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater morphs into a festival setting for the first time with the inaugural year for the Maroon and White Party brought to you by Miller Lite. There will be a BBQ and Calf Fry Cook-off, Asset Campus Housing will host a Kickball Tournament, a Slip and Slide, a Pool Party, a swimsuit party and 2 stages that will host music all day on Saturday, August 29. The first 500 people in swimsuits enter for FREE on Saturday! It’s a BYOB party until 3pm with a $15 cooler charge (coolers must be 48qts or less, no kegs, no glass containers).
Catch live music from Level Hill, Tony Pierce, and Ben Danaher on Friday night’s “warm-up” party. Saturday’s live music features Zack Walther, Texas Renegade, Bleu Edmondson, Todd Snider, Cowboy Mouth, Casey Donahew, and many more!
Tickets for the 1st Annual Maroon and White Party at the Pen are $10 in advance and are available at Cavender’s Boot City in College Station, the Wolf Pen Creek box office, or online at www.partyatthepen.com. VIP seating is available, please call 877-452-6856 for information. VIP ticketholders are eligible to win a guitar autographed by the Party at the Pen artists, plus access to free food and drinks, preferred seating and parking!
