Bon Temps Rouler Cajun Throwdown 2026

It's BTR CFK’s trademarked, signature event! Our All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish Cook-off was boiled by 40+ teams and for the 2026 event we are teaming up with the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce and again not only are we having our All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish Cook-off, but we are also having a BBQ cook-off!! Louisiana Cuisine Night is attended by people from Canada to Germany and all points in between. Celebrity judges and competing teams decide the winners. Included in your admission is all the crawfish you can eat and bands entertaining a large crowd with Zydeco, Texas Swing; Cajun Traditional, Red Dirt, and other regional genres. This is a GREAT FAMILY FUN event! Y’all come. Previous headliners have included Whiskey Myers, Blackberry Smoke, Shenandoah, Gary Allan, Uncle Lucius, Shane Smith and the Saints, Frank Foster, Wayne Toups & Keith Frank and more. C’est bon! Let the good times roll!
