Black Dutch Sioux
Some say that Black Dutch Sioux entered our realm in 1995 asmercenaries riding the Hale Bopp comet to earth to stop the tragic murder of fellow Swamptonian, Tupac.

Other myths and religions claim that the four were forged from the fusion of Ares’ bicep and Athena’s pelvic bone.

Still, another explanation for their sudden arrival states that they were pumped from their home, deep in our planet’s core, by a North Texas oil well.

Other than the band themselves, no one really knows the true origin of these four beings, but those who have heard them, often referred to as “The Tribe”, understand the power, wisdom and knowledge that Black Dutch Sioux brings with them from whatever lost home they truly come from.

I once heard a critic say after watching BDS that, “the concert was the experience of a lifetime!”

Though his sentiment is understandable, he would be wrong for a couple of reasons.

One, as most Tribe members know, Black Dutch Sioux does not play “concerts.”

Sure, they get up on stage and speak the language of their homeland, which to the human ear sounds a lot like music.

What is actually happening while seeing the four is a conversation in a native tongue that sounds, phonetically, much like American English mixed with a kaleidoscope of guitars, haunting drums, blazing harmonicas, crotch-tickling bass guitars and various other instruments. To put it simply, the native language of these creatures sounds like a rock show. But,that isn’t all.

Using the powers given to them by their mysterious homeland and race, the Sioux telepathically transmit their feelings, emotions, force, and the mysteries of the universe to each and every warm body in attendance.

Each sound produced by Black Dutch Sioux can not only be heard, but also felt, seen, smelled and even breathed.

Luckily, the mesmerizing effects can not only be tolerated by the human brain, but their total takeover of every sense in the human condition has actually allowed scientists to, once and for all, locate andconfirm the existence of the eternal soul: an accomplishment that has bewildered and eluded many doctors and philosophers since the beginning of time.
