Dennis Price found his passion while singing in church at the young age of 8 years old. He knew that this was what he was meant to do. He grew up a pure country boy helping tend his family’s one hundred acre ranch.
His parents made sure he experienced everything life could bring his way focusing mostly on working with horses and livestock. They also showed him a country way of life where hunting, fishing and music is everyday living. Family is very important to Dennis. He and his older sister Teri were home schooled. They would often be found playing piano and singing together. Later they drifted into other activities including rodeo where roping and barrel racing were everyday recess. Living in the country where your neighbors are miles apart kept him sheltered in some ways. He wouldn’t change it for anything.
The Price family later moved to Trinity, Texas where Dennis learned about life outside of the bounds of the family ranch. It didn’t take him long to romp the roads and raise hell once he cut loose. But there really isn’t much more to say about that.
