“Life Philosophy: Live, Love, Learn and Leave a good soundtrack” Nothing could more accurately depict the adventurous, carefree spirit of singer-songwriter Jason Herrin. From the small town of Waxahachie, Texas comes the Jason Herrin Band. With a mix of southern rock, country, and folk these guys go great with any live music venue. Singer/Songwriter Jason Herrin, has been performing and writing songs for over 10yrs. From his teen years swapping songs with friends to the struggles of making a name for himself. Influenced by Todd Snider, Mike McClure, Drive by Truckers, Ryan Adams to Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Lynrd Skynrd, Guns n Roses, and many more.
His first project was the Six Shooter Band from ’99-’06. They made one record with designer and music producer Alan Thomas. “Wave Goodbye” the first and only single released on the record went to number 38 on the Texas music charts.
