"Jay Smith".. A Fort Worth TX Family Man, with a 40 hour a week job, who happens to Love to write and perform his signature blend of folk/rock music. His music career spans over 15 years, Texas college towns and nothing but love in between. He is currently pushing his latest single " I Can't Win" on regional radio and any town or venue that will have him.

Jay grew up playing classical violin but quickly became fascinated with the percussion section during orchestra rehearsals. As soon as he could save enough money, he bought his first drum kit and started a rock band. An injury to his leg forced him think of other ways to create music which is where he found solace in an acoustic guitar and his singing. From that point on, Jay knew that sharing his passion for emotion and love was where he fit. Push forward through a college band, life, love and all in between and you find him anywhere that will listen to his beautiful voice and inspirational "Love is Alive" Music! Jay has shared the stage with most red dirt recording acts the likes of "Mickey and the Motorcars", "Matt Kimble", "Mike Ryan" and "Brandon Jenkins".
