As you all know, Spitcup Jenkins is actually from "Down'er". Yes, right o'ver where Mooseknuckle and Beandip live. He has been serious about it since 1978 (the year he was born) and has been Handling Up ever since then. No one is quite sure about his family but his ancestors are from the deep piney woods of East Texas somewhere along the "backside of 17". He went to school, sometimes but never finished. He learned everything from the country.
