WHISKEYDICK consists of 2 tattooed metal heads with a little country spin, "Fritz & Johnson," Got Whiskey Bent and Hell Bound one rainy Saturday night with a handle of Beam and a case of tall boys. Both of them agreed that what has happened to the country of country music today seems to have died or been buried alive. We don't think Hank would've wanted it that way and Waylon was right. We need a change. Fritz, former front man of the metal band Speakeasy out of Dallas, and The Reverend Johnson, former lead guitarist of the metal band Steadfast out of Dallas, were drunk one Sunday morning and started rippin' on some flat-top guitars. Singin' about drinkin', smokin', raisin' hell , gettin' kicked out of bars and thrown in the Jail. By the end of 2006 they had played 184 shows with 3 hour shows each night. Playing a variety of old outlaw covers and originals they were able to release their debut album "Rebel Flags and Whiskey". With the powerful double barrel shotgun vocals of Fritz and the thunder and lighting exploding from Reverend Johnson's guitar, has made them become one of the top must see bands in Texas!!! WHISKEYDICK is truly Born and Bred Hell Bent and will continue on their outlaw revival!!!!
