Wasted Highway
Wasted Highway is a Nebraska-based roots outfit that merges country, rock-n-roll, bluegrass, and folk into a gritty, timeless blend. At their best, they combine the rabble-rousing alt-country of red dirt legends Cross Canadian Ragweed and the outlaw honky-tonk styles of Waylon Jennings and Merle Haggard, with doses of folk-rock from the likes of Tom Petty and Neil Young. The members trade off lead vocal duties, as well as trading leads with guitar, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, and harmonica to provide an undeniably unique show! Combined, the members have over 6 decades of playing experience all over the world, and are currently nominated for Outstanding Country Artist of the year by the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards for the second year in a row!
