Downtown Waco is the place to be, Central to Baylor, and Interstate 35, as well has easy access to Hotels and entertainment. The former home of Dudley Hass distributing, has been beautifully refurbished and now has two separate spaces available.
An Elegant Room with a full bar, and to die for chandeliers, is the perfect venue for your Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, Reception, or Christmas Party. This Festive space will comfortably seats 225 and still has room for dancing. For the Wedding Itself Downtown 301 also has a Beautiful Spacious Brides Room available. With comfortable seating and ample mirrors it's enough room for her bridal party to help her prepare for her big day. Downtown 301 also has a larger space available for Company Parties, Concerts, and Trade Shows. It is equipped with a stage and balcony seating for your VIP’s and will seat 1,000 comfortably.
